Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the account services process through research analytics, planning, execution, customer feedback, trends & opportunities for management’s strategic decisions
• Follow up incoming account leads and building strong working relationship with existing and potential customers then provide them professional pre-services and post- services
• Communicate with customer’s enquiry, which includes understanding and meeting their needs, tracking their problems
• Check replies emails, QQ and Wechat before and after work
• Prepare regular presentations, proposals and implement strategies based online and offline account service campaigns to aggressively maximize market coverage
• Work closely with different team to drive profitability as to meet the company’s goal; monitor the  performance of each channel
• Promote company’s services to customers through online, broadcast and promotional events
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diplomas in Business related disciplines or candidates from China (IANG) are also welcome
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in account services,good knowledge of customer behavior in China market an advantage
• Proficiency command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office, Design and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills, responsibility, well organized in detail
