Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the annual budget formation and business plan
• Referral program administration
• Participate in product type development projects/operation projects, in which, system or small applications set up are required
• Prepare monthly management reports to facilitate the monitoring of marketing activities
• Prepare ad hoc management reports and data analysis as and when required
• Lead the Private Banking system enhancement/development projects, operation workflow enhancement projects and business development projects including operational procedures and documents write-up/revision
• Back up other Operations Managers as and when required
• Support data enquiry request for internal teams
• Maintain daily transaction record and GL checking for fee income

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or Information Technology
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Private Banking industry
• Solid and sound experience on system development and project management
• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skill and self-motivated
• Good problem solving & project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
