• University degree in Legal or related professional qualifications;
• 2-3 years legal experience preferably with exposure in listing or corporate finance;
• Determined to develop future career with a successful legal firm;
• A meticulous, organized person with good basic legal exposure;
• Good analytical skills and strong computer skills;
• Good people, communication and social skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
