Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Direct planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness so as to achieve aggressive business targets.
• Combine Card DAC and Personal Loan into one unsecured lending team to increase the synergy by enhancing the credit policies and maximizing unsecured lending exposure in customers’ level. 
• Develop x-selling strategy by tactically applying data analysis and optimize the sales channels with segmentation on the target base for both Card DAC and Personal Loan in order to maximize NII and fee income of unsecured lending.
• Build e-capability to develop new online/ mobile business model to pave way for the Virtual Bank.
• Develop short and long-term product and marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver the key performance indicators of the secured lending businesses including drawdown, outstanding, revenue, etc.
• Analyze customer/product MIS and market information to understand customer behavior, market trend and our gaps for continuous improvement.
• Develop pricing strategies, monitor profitability of products and carry out appropriate actions to deliver profitability targets.
• Develop short and long-term product and marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver the key performance indicators of the secured lending businesses including drawdown, outstanding, revenue, etc.
• Derive channel strategies and monitor sales channels to achieve business targets.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects so as to improve product features, efficiency and customer experience. 
• Work closely with Credit team and Operation team to enhance credit policy and operation workflow.
• Control and manage marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required.  Ensure regular review of performance and prompt feedbacks are given to the subordinates.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Loan Business
• Familiar with Consumer Loans in banking / financial sector
• Excellent analysis skills, and deep understanding of relevant business regulations, policies and working process
• High standard of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
