Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank's deposits growth, enhance deposit products and banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business.
• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
• Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation
• Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our deposit, FX, other banking products and pricing are competitive and actively explore new business opportunities.
• Develop insightful analytics and customer / product MIs to understand customer behaviour, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
• Assist to formulate strategies and implement tactical plans on product development of deposit, FX and other banking services to deliver aggressive revenue growth, strategic Prestige and Preferred segment and mass market penetration target, external market share and customer experience excellence.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
• Minimum 8 years' banking experience, preferably with exposure to retail banking products/service, branch operations and compliance; prior experience in deposits and FX would be a plus
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
• Strong project management; proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with various stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel , PowerPoint and Access an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
