Corporate Development Assistant Manager/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Corporate Development team, to explore and identify potential market opportunity for the Company.
• Coordinate the due diligence process including activities of other external advisors (e.g. legal counsel, auditors)
• Participate in project financing, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring
• Assist in the process of right issues, placements or other fund raising activities
• Assess the competitive terms for financing and review the banking facility reports to ensure they are in compliance with the company’s standard.  Coordinate with internal and external parties to process the financing activities
• Carry out investment analysis to support decision process of investment projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance (or related discipline)
• At least 5 years experience in investment banking / corporate finance / M&A / equity sales / corporate development or planning / capital market
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good strategic thinking and business acumen
• Good project management skill, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
• Occasional travel within APAC may required
• Candidate with more experience may consider for Manager position.
