Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To solicit mortgage loan businesses which include 1st mortgage, 2nd mortgage and mortgage refinancing to achieve individual targets
- To Develop and maintain relationship with real estate agencies, solicitors and broker firms
- To interview mortgage applicants and provide professional recommendations which suites the needs of each individual applicant
- To ensure the terms and conditions and the related mortgage loan documents are well explained to the applicants
- To provide quality after sale customer services once agreements have been signed
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Highly customer-focused and sales results-oriented
- Proven marketing experience and records preferable
- Strong network with related business partners
- Good knowledge of mortgage products and related credit policies
- Good command written and spoken English and Chinese
- Basic Salary + Commission
