Company Description

Our client, a major banking group, is looking for an AVP, Product Development & Management, Bancassurance for their expanding product offerings. 

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with strategic insurer partners to achieve business results
• Drive new product idea generation and subsequent product rollout across multiple distribution channels, including digital, retail banking, commercial banking, as well as private banking channels
• Work closely with both internal distribution channels and strategic insurance partners in order to identify the right product mix for targeted customer segments
• Act as a project manager to work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth product rollout, for example, providing suitable sales training, working with the digital team to enhance customer journey, etc
• Monitor market trends and research competing products to expand product offerings and services
• Monitor business performance and conduct post-product launch reviews, and provide recommendations on product revamp if required 

Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Finance / Actuarial Science / related disciplines
• At least five years of working experience in bancassurance/ insurance product development/ marketing
• Candidates with either life or general insurance experience are considered
• Experience in digital initiatives highly preferred
• Strong project management experience, communication skills and ability to liaise with external stakeholders
