Responsibilities:

• Collect user requirements for system enhancement after the system has implemented
• Interact with business users, work closely with internal CS and IT to facilitate the understanding of user requirement and the system knowledge
• Provide both technical and functional support during the system integration and the external users and internal team
• Manage merchant accounts to maintain stability and availability 
• Achieve continuous quality improvements through training, development, measurement techniques and team meetings.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Experience in business analysis / banking industry is preferred
• Workflow management - Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Hong Kong ID Card Holder or Valid Working Visa also welcome
• Most experience will be consider to Business Analyst
