Job

• Assist the Head of Compliance in rolling out AML and compliance related initiatives
• Provide advices to business and other units on client due diligence, transaction screening and other AML/CFT compliance matters
• Ensure necessary documentation and internal operations are properly in place and adhere to relevant ordinances, regulations, guidelines and codes of banking practices
• Prepare and deliver compliance trainings to staff

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law or related disciplines
• 5-8 years in compliance experience in banking sector
• Solid experience in AML compliance and familiar with AML laws and regulations in HK
• Experience in developing compliance framework, standards, policies and procedures
• Well conversant with Banking Ordinance and HKMA regulations and requirements
• Strong sense of compliance and control awareness
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
