Responsibilities:

• Engage in deal origination, screening, structuring, negotiation, and execution of private equity transactions in Asia with a focus in the Greater China Region
• Experience in Invest ing in Health Care, AI Impact and T M T
• Conduct industry analysis, valuation and financial modeling
• Participate in fund raising activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or professional accounting qualification (MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 3-5 years solid track record in Asia with leading private equity firms, or M&A advisory/principal investment experience with top tier investment banks. Knowledge of leveraged finance, structured finance, MBO or LBO is a plus
• Team player, excellent communication, and leadership skills essential
• Good command of English and fluency in Mandarin is preferable
