Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team head to review and allocate the resources so as to optimize the team productivity
• Promote loan / insurance products when customer's need are being identifies to reach the sales achievement for the department
• Contribute to the achieving the section's service and sales objectives
• Ensure all processes of the team comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements
• Timely response to customer's feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience
• Identify the potential improvement areas to enhance the work efficiency
• To provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business
• Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Willing to work on flexi-hours
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Card and Loans Telesales Representative.
