Our client, a well-established banking group, is seeking a VP, Business Planning & Performance Management for their growing bancassurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely to head of bancassurance and play a key role in annual strategic business planning and performance management
• Analyze business performance / financial overview of all distribution channels on regular basis
• Work closely with sales & distribution heads to establish standards of capability and performance to deliver against the strategic plan while in line with process and procedure requirements
• Work with different stakeholders / business heads to monitor sales momentum and performance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support various business initiatives, such as product launch, rolling out incentive programs, etc

Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Finance / Actuarial / related disciplines
• At least seven years of working experience in financial management / strategy and business planning, preferably in insurance and retail banking.  Prior experience in bancassurance is highly preferred
• Familiar with different dynamics in a successful bancassurance partnership and financial implications
• Result oriented, strong project management and people skills
