Job Description
Our Client, a top tier International Private Bank is looking for strong RM Assistant to cope with their expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Relationship Manager to provide high quality customer service to high net-worth clients
- Understanding of customer needs and answer all necessary enquiries
- Follow through daily administration requirements and taking care of all transaction processing work
- Assist in account opening / check lists / closure of accounts etc.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree holders with at least 4 years working experience gained from Private Banks
- Posses knowledge of banking products including FX, bonds equities and structure products
- Attention to details and with a pleasant personality and excellent working attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS /word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
