Job Descriptions:

• Report to the CFO/Finance Team Head
  
• Assist in fund (in form of limited partnership) establishment　including but not limited to reviewing LPA and providing comments on accounting，financing, capital call, capital distribution and tax related terms; determining accounting standard and accounting policies for the fund;
• Handle fund accounting work including but not limited to treasury management, fund and SPV accounting and financial analysis, month-end/quarter-end closing, annual audit and tax filing;
• Handle fund administration work including but not limited to issuing capital call/distribution notices, and calculating waterfall distribution;
• Prepare investor reports and release fund-related information to regulatory bodies and investors;
• Provide transactional support for acquisition and divestment including but not limited to reviewing SPA, participating in the financial/tax due diligence;
• Calculate various fund performance indicators such as IRR;
• Prepare the fund-related management reports and handle ad-hoc requests.

Requirement:

• University graduated in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
• At least 5 years relevant work experience, preferably 2 year gained from PE/asset management firms and 2 year gained from Big-4;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua;
• CPA preferred;
• Oracle system knowledge is a plus;
• Detail-oriented with good communication skill and work attitude
