Responsibilities

• To quantify, analyse and challenge the investment risks within the portfolio.
• Develop the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and other risk management processes such as addressing internal control, credit, market, liquidity, operational, technological, strategic & reputation risk etc.
• To draft, review & update policies, procedures and systems in preparation for licensing.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry and company guidelines relating to fund management industry
• Training of employees on the established policies and procedures
• To provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.

Post Licensing

• To monitor the regulatory and statutory changes; assess the impact and make necessary changes accordingly 
• Follow up on compliance-related audit findings from auditors and follow up with  rectification
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the regulatory authorities
• Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities

 Requirements

• At least 1-3 years working experience in risk management background
• Good tertiary degree
• Good writing and analytical skills, ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
