Responsibilities :

• Supervision of fund operation to ensure compliance with Company policies, rules and regulations
• Ensure daily operations in compliance with HKSFC regulations
• Participate in marketing, client servicing activities and products development
• Help establish and strengthen internal operation flows to improve work efficiency

• MUST be current holder of SFC RO 1, 4 & 9 type license as unconditional Responsible Office with eligible requirements.
• 5 years+ asset management experience in fund operation management
• Handling compliance matters for asset management or fund house with strong sense of compliance
• Proficiency including Putonghua

Responsibilities:

• Execute deals corporate finance transactions, conducting due diligence, preparing pitch books and documentation;
• Advising on takeovers, mergers, amalgamations, acquisitions, disposals, project financing, management buyouts, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, rights issues, placements and other fund raising exercises
• Strategic planning for various business units of the group and decision making process of investment projects 

Requirements

• Over 10 years’ relevant experience in finance / corporate finance in Hong Kong and PRC
• Hong Kong SFC Type 6 (Principal status a plus), English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
