Job Description
Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiry calls from members and high-net worth clients

Understand customer needs and provide professional advices

Provide solutions and route calls to respective department

Identify business opportunities through phone calls by up-selling

Follow up and conduct reports

Support in administrative and clerical duties
Requirements

Higher diploma or above in any discipline

Customer-centric with effective communication skills

Possesses with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and develop
-
Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin

Experienced candidates will be considered in a senior position
