Title : Contract Operation Support (Banking) - customer data preparation and review, verification, account setup, data entry)

Major role :

(a)     Retrieval and review of the information contained in the archiving systems

(b)     the completion of the banking account opening forms and relevant documents

(c)     perform data entry, data verification

(d)     Documentation checking to ensure relevant documents are completed by accurately by the clients

(e)     Data input and some administration work

Requirements :

• Knowledge of banking practices and procedures, and preferable process account setup and verification experience is an advantage
• Previous working experience in banking / finance area are advantages
• OT support may be required subject to task assignments
• Proficiency in using MS Word, EXCEL, data mapping
• Graduate with some working experience will also be considered
