Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle new account opening & record keeping and update
- Ensure smooth running of the account assigned and follow up on outstanding issues
- Handle customers' enquiries and provide solutions
- Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Support marketing activities, events and other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with finance, business background or related disciplines
- 1 year relevant experience is preferable, Fresh graduate IANG are welcome to apply.
- To provide necessary customer services training
- Good problem-solving, customer focused and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power point
- Immediate available is highly preferred
