Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new account opening & record keeping and update
  • Ensure smooth running of the account assigned and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Handle customers' enquiries and provide solutions
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • Support marketing activities, events and other tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with finance, business background or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience is preferable, Fresh graduate IANG are welcome to apply.
  • To provide necessary customer services training
  • Good problem-solving, customer focused and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power point
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
