Responsibilities:

• Maintain and cultivate relationship with clients (i.e. fund managers) and service providers (banks, brokers, lawyers, and auditors)
• Review NAV packages including balance sheet, P&L, reconciliations, securities transactions and investor holdings
• Communicate and convey information, such as details on NAV reports/fund documents/bank forms/KYC items, between clients and colleagues
• Resolve client queries (telephone and email)
• Initial review on investors’ KYC/AML documents
• Meeting with and gather information from different teams regularly
• Support direct supervisor and other team members in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably with offshore fund operations and/or administration or trustee
• Understanding of fund accounting
• Knowledge of investor KYC/AML procedures and transfer agency
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Good multi-tasking skills
• Attention to details
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Client Servicing Officer
