Job Description

Objective of the Role

To provide operational support to corporate customers in respect of remittance, FX/Deposit, cheque clearings and retail account.

 

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • To process the money transfer instruction from customer and ensure all transactions are processed on time and in accordance to the Guideline on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing
  • To handle customer enquiry and make quote to customer for deposit and foreign exchange
  • Transaction input, filing
  • General office administration


Education & Required knowledge

 

Education

  • Post-Secondary education or Bachelor Degree holder

Relevant Experience Required:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in remittance and other relevant fields in financial markets.
  • Experience in FlexCube preferable


Required knowledge

  • Well presented and fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Sound knowledge in international payment system
  • Sound knowledge in SWIFT knowledge
  • Advanced level of MS Window, Excel & Words
  • High adaptability to the changes of working environment
