Currently, we are helping an employer to look for the following position.

Nature of Company    :   Trust Company

Place of Work             :    Kowloon

Work Time                ：    Mon – Fri；9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.

Remuneration             :    Negotiable (depends on work experience)

Duties:

• Conduct individual sales and joint call with sub-ordinates
• Lead the sub-team to achieve assigned sale and client retention target
• Provide coaching to team members
• Assist team leader to manage team
• Own / participate in team project
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or equivalent in any discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in pension sales, preferred in MPF providers, bank, fund house or brokers
• Good knowledge in pension and investment products is an advantage
• Strong communication skills (both written & oral)
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
