This is a 9-12 months program where management trainees will work under different section  by gaining practical experience. The program is going to prepare a trainee for the decisions you will be making, technics that you need fort in sales management & business development, and the actions you will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and merchandising management to prepare for the future role in the management level. 

Trainee will acquire cross-functional skills, a deeper understanding of management concepts and strategic thinking that will allow them to successfully lead their own team members. 

Principal responsibilities

• Play the role of subject matter expert in supporting wealth services related business lines including unit trust, securities or structured investment products
• To understand the changing group requirements and conduct assessment/ monitoring on operations to ensure Wealth Services is in compliance with the Group's standard
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive re-engineering initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as client experience
• Take a leadership role in industry forums to seek solutions to common problems and issues within Asset Servicing.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduate  in any discipline or with maximum 2 years experience.
  
  
• Experience in Securities, Insurance and Futures company is an advantage.
  
  
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  
  
• Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel  / Access preferred
  
  
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
