Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate, review and update the Company’s policies, guidelines and procedures
• Overall supervision of fund operation and ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and regulations as well as the Company’s policies and guidelines
• Assist in formulating investment strategy and oversee investment of the company
• Coordinate effectively with various teams and business partners to effectively implement business / investment decisions for ultimate goals
• Participate in marketing, client servicing activities and products development
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities and ensure daily operations in compliance with SFC regulations
• Help establish and strengthen internal operation flows to improve work efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ asset management experience in fund operation including middle to back office
• Adept in handling compliance matters for asset management or fund house
• MUST be registered under SFC RA9 or RA4,9 type license as Responsible Officer
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office and Excel, etc
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
