Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Experienced in managing employee relations, staff engagement initiatives and workflow streamlining, policies and procedure development and review
  • Ensure all activities in full compliance with the Company policies and HKregulations
  • Prepare board, committee and shareholders’ meeting papers and minutes
  • Handle monthly salary payroll, MPF, expense reimbursement
  • Filing of IR tax returns, provident fund administration
  • Handle timing of renewal of services / notify management before service cancellation deadline of each service providers
  • Filing and securing internal files
  • Liaise with vendor for repairing / ordering / replenishing office items
  • Handle other admin, HR, secretarial as required
  • Act as CEO personal assistance to handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in translation/language or corporate governance
  • At least 3 years experience in HR & Admin industry
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
