Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experienced in managing employee relations, staff engagement initiatives and workflow streamlining, policies and procedure development and review
- Ensure all activities in full compliance with the Company policies and HKregulations
- Prepare board, committee and shareholders’ meeting papers and minutes
- Handle monthly salary payroll, MPF, expense reimbursement
- Filing of IR tax returns, provident fund administration
- Handle timing of renewal of services / notify management before service cancellation deadline of each service providers
- Filing and securing internal files
- Liaise with vendor for repairing / ordering / replenishing office items
- Handle other admin, HR, secretarial as required
- Act as CEO personal assistance to handle other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in translation/language or corporate governance
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR & Admin industry
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
