Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will report to the Head of Business Development.  His/Her duties will include:

• Take the lead to prepare the write-ups for various online platforms (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, Facebook) and respond to comments if needed
• Assist in the execution of the marketing plan
• Manage the production of the regular marketing collaterals
• Handle logistics for marketing activities
• Compile market intelligence reports to facilitate the market analysis relating to the development of the index-linked products
• Assist the preparation of the sales-kit for client meetings
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Communicate with customers, introduce company’s product and consolidate customers’ feedback

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance or related subject
• Previous experience working in finance industry is preferred. Working in the security market, especially in product design, promotion, sales and marketing is highly preferred
• Proven track record in Mainland or HK business development and sound knowledge of the Mainland or HK market
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, including article write-up, event management and/or, public relations with proven track record in implementing marketing programs
• Strong initiative and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and detail minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficient in Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer
