職責：
- 為客戶提供查詢服務
- 通過電話，電子方式處理一般查詢及解答問題
- 提供優質客戶服務
- 一般資料處理
- 明確客戶的投訴，提供並解釋解決問題的最佳解決方案 ; 加快糾正或調整 ; 跟進以確保解決
- 與內部和外部有效溝通
職位要求：
- 中五程度或以上
- 一年或以上工作經驗，具金融機構或相關客戶服務經驗者將獲優先考慮
- 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
- 能操流利廣東話及普通話
- 具基本電腦文書技巧包括Microsoft Word、Excel及中文輸入法
- 歡迎新來港人士
