Responsibilities:

• Carry out the work of the Settlements department
• Manage the stock pledge processing of equities, global securities, futures, options, derivatives and bullion in Hong Kong and global markets;
• Review daily operations of the team including deal matching, daily trade transactions and CCASS/DCASS operations;
• Responsible for day-end procedures, daily stock reconciliation, daily financial settlement and deposit / withdrawal;
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by department head or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in processing Securities and Futures settlement;
• Hands-on experience in handling settlement with clients;
• Familiar with local and overseas settlement system / practices including ET Net, CCASS, DCASS, HKEx, CGSE and other global exchanges;
• Responsible, hard-working, a good team player with high level of integrity;
• Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays will be required if necessary;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
