Responsibilities

-          Being a brand ambassador and is customer-oriented with a positive service attitude and providing unique customer experiences

 -          Offer skincare consultation, understand customer needs and engage customers

 -          Build customer relationship

 -          Drive individual sales target in monthly basis in a teamwork environment

 -          Properly manage and maintain stocks, testers and display units in a healthy stock standard according to company guidelines

 -          Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene consultation areas and tools

Requirements

-          1-year retail sales experience (candidates with solid experience may be considered for Senior Beauty Consultant)

-          Passion in Skincare industry with basic skincare knowledge and good skin condition

-          Strong customer service mentality, proactive and positive attitude

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality  

-          Dependable and a good team player

-          Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a plus
