Other than doing sales of the products, they are also organizing conferences and talk shows to demonstrate the strength of their products, way to apply as well the latest make up trend.

Remuneration packages:

HKD 20,000 to 30,000 per month, with

• Performance Bonus

Duties:

<Sales>

‐Assist to manage the distributors to achieve sales targets
-Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve the territorial goals
-Expand new business opportunities

<Marketing Plan>
-Analyze business trends and consumer insights and evaluate existing product categories on choices
-Liaise and coordinate with buyers and related departments on day to day business operation
-Execute new product launch plans and work closely with internal department to generate concepts for sales
-Communicate with each distributor to gather feedback for strategic and spontaneous distribution / sales tactics development

Requirements:

Education : Higher Diploma or Degree holder
Language : Good command of written English and Chinese
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry preferably on cosmetics category
