Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Higher diploma or above
- 2 years customer service working experience (fresh graduate also considerate)
- Well-organized, responsible, high adaptability and high flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with good telephone manner
- A good team player with proactive and positive attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Office and internet knowledge
- Immediate available is highly preferable
