Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of medical claims, billing and reimbursement management and development;
• Be a team leader and ensure a smooth operation process by coordinating with all relevant internal parties in accordance to the company guideline, procedural documentations and strategy plans and compliance with the regulatory requirement;
• Conduct task and case quality assurance checks to ensure reports delivered are of high quality;
• Supervise / handle service inquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics;
• Formulating, implementing and counselling on policies and procedures; and
• Participate in any other medical operations and administrative duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience
• University graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skill with complaints handling experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills and good interpersonal sensitivity
• Strong co-ordination skills and ability to effectively coordinating with different parties
• Good mathematical aptitude and ability to deal with complexities
• Proficient in both English and Chines, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferable
