Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the smooth operation of sports programme and facilities in order to deliver high quality services
• Assist the development and implementation of special events, e.g. swimming gala
• Support the supervision of Lifeguard services 
• Provide administration and logistic supports, e.g. purchasing order, duty roster, payroll
• Provide satisfactory customer services by handling customer enquiries, complaints & incident reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Sports Management or related discipline 
• At least  2 years’ relevant working experience in sport industry
• Knowledge in pool operation and facilities maintenance preferable
• Holding valid sports coaching certificate will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Working on Public Holidays and shift duty required
