Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Sales & Marketing teams
• Perform effective sales administration works and system inputting works
• Provide services including quality defects / returns arrangement and customer service
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on the logistic arrangement and delivery
• Maintain and update proper statutory records
• Maintain and upkeep company websites and digital database
• Assist and coordinate on seminars, events and trade shows
• Occasional outdoor work are required
• Participate ad-hoc projects or assignments as instructed by the superiors

Requirements:

• F6 or above. 
• Attentive to details, well-organized, self-initiated and a good team player
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Knowledge on basic software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in graphic design, web design, e-marketing preferred but not required
• Genuine interest or experience in healthcare or health supplement industry preferred
• Salary will commensurate with experience
• Immediate available preferred
