Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries and central booking in a professional and timely manner
• Handle network provider hotline and pre-approval procedures
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
• Prepare statistical reports as required
• Assist in other third party administration tasks as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year working experience in customer service industry
• Prefer with Medical or Insurance background
• Strong customer service mindset, good communication and excellent telephone manner
• Strong sense of team spirit and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Need to perform shift duties (including non-office hours, overnight and public holidays)
