聽力顧問 / 初級聽力顧問

職責包括：

l為客人進行基本測試

l介紹最新的聽力產品

l指導客人如何使用和保養聽力產品; 幫助聽障人士提升生活質素

l了解客戶需要, 為各類聽力產品作初步檢查, 安排維修及調校

l積極接受持續教育，學習最新的產品知識

l對服務聽障人士本著熱誠、關心的態度、有責任感、需外勤工作

資格

²中六或以上，基本理學科學、或電腦科技智識

²經驗較淺者或無經驗者，可考慮初級聽力顧問

²銷售保健或醫療產品的知識和經驗者優先

²良好的溝通和人際交往能力

²流利中文（懂普通話更佳）和基本英語口語能力

²懂基本中文／英文打字，和具備操作MS Office 文書系統和電腦軟件的基本技巧

Hearing Consultant / Junior Hearing Consultant

The responsibilities of a hearing consultant include:

lConduct screenings and tests

lIntroduce and recommend appropriate hearing solution;

lInstruct clients in how to use and maintain the hearing aids, providing demonstrations and information; to improve their quality of life

lUnderstand the clients’ needs, assisting in make repairs and replacing defective parts and adjusting the settings of the hearing solutions;

lWilling to actively participate in continuing education; to learn new product knowledge

lServe the hearing impaired with enthusiasm, caring attitude and sense of responsibility, outreaching needed

Qualification

²Secondary 6 or above, with passing grade in science, preferable with Information Technology knowledge

²Less experienced or inexperienced, can consider Junior Hearing Consultant post

²Sales or health related knowledge and experience preferred, but not required

²Good communication and social skills

²Good commands of Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English

²Basic Chinese / English typing, with basic skills to operate MS Office and computer software
