Job Description

• Responsible to source and select health and beauty product to meet market needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms
• Execute buying activities, stock planning and allocation, and merchandise delivery and reordering situations.
• Arrange the product shooting.
• Conduct competitor research and understand the updated retail environment, including the market trends, pricing discrepancies, customer buying habit.
• Analyze business performance and inventory turn.
• Work with marketing in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions

Requirement

• University graduate or above with 3+ years solid sourcing and buying experience in health and beauty industry.
• Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Passionate about health and beauty products and sales-driven.
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel in sizable corporation
• Immediate available is preferable.
