Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise the Sports & Recreation team in delivery and development of sport programme for a smooth operation

- Supervise the team to deliver a high standard of customer service in enquiries and compliant handling

- Plan, develop, implement and promote sports programmes and set up long-term plan and proceed to execution 

- Organize competitions and tournaments to provide sport development opportunities to programme participants

- Propose direction and strategy on price setting and marketing plan and work closely with Section head in budget planning and control

- Prepare reports, maintain and review on office administration and inventory management

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Section Head

Requirements: 

- Degree holder, preferable in sports studies, recreation management or related disciplines 

- At least 10 years working experience of which 5 years at supervisory level

- Holding sports coaching certification or valid professional qualification with strong sports background will be an advantage

- Good planning and organizing ability with effective problem solving skills 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Working on shifts and Public Holidays is required
