Our Client is a highly reputable business in Hong Kong and China with well established presence in Hong Kong. With a number of upcoming high profile property projects, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. You will be working with some of the leading consultants and contractors on the market as well as highly respected and knowledgeable internal and external stakeholders whilst carrying out the development of these upcoming mixed-use and residential projects.

Role and Responsibilties

• Assist the department in overseeing various property developments projects within Hong kong
• Lead the team to understand the strategic business needs, and develop them into practical property development solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide professional advice on development concept and budget
• Ensure the project is with budget, time and quality guidelines of the business
• Flag, report and provide solutions to problems, unexpected scenarios and situations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors as well as various government departments. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveyor or related discipline is preferable
• At least 10 years relevant experience in architecture, development consultant or large scale development experience. 
• Excellent project and programme management skills within a development project is a must. Specifically budget control and stakeholder management.
• HKIA members and Authorised Persons will be a distinct advantage.
• Must be a natural communicator & presenter and able to deal with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
