Responsibilities:

-          To co-ordinate with designers, contractors and sub-contractors ensure all construction related activates comply with the stated requirement

-          Full project co-ordination and to monitor the progress of project on-site

-          Capable to handle full set of drawings for construction

-          Easily handle excel for materials schedules

-          Have practical detailing experience

Requirements:

-          Diploma or above in interior design/ building studies or equivalent

-          At least 2-5 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction work

-          Can handle project independently

-          Site experience

-          Good communication skill

-          Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

-          Good management skill and willing to work overtime

-          Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated

-          Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
