Job Description
Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer
Minimum 5-7 years / 3 -5 years local design & project experience
Focus on private home projects
We are looking for creative & self-motivated individuals to join our team of multi-disciplinary designers working on a variety of high-end architectural & interior projects in Hong Kong
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited institutes
- Minimum 3 years / 1 year experience in private home projects
Responsibilities / Skills :
- Responsibilities shall include handling of projects from design stage to practical completion, preparation of full set of construction drawings, details and specifications, etc.
- Must be skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max & Photoshop, Powerpoint
- Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, with good English writing skills.
Personality :
- Creative, with a sense of functionality and practicality
- Self-motivated, can work independently
- Team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations involving different type of people
- Ability to work under tight schedules and willing to working overtime
General :
- Candidates with immediate availability preferred
- Consideration as Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer shall be based on experience and capability
