We are working with an established mega developer who has a number of exciting projects in their pipeline.  With this exciting projects they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior / Project Manager to focus on a new mixed development project.  They require someone who has strong experience in Hong Kong who has done a number of major projects from residential, commercial, retail or mixed developments from start to finish.

The Job

• Responsible for full spectrum of the project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout of all the project
• Review of building plans and design details with management in statutory approval process;
• Develop design and development guide to ensure consistency of the projects across the region
• Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and user requirements
• Working independently and co-ordinating with the Contract Manager, Consultants and Contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards;
• Support operations and sales team divisions to facilitate proper handover of projects
• Preparation and regular monitoring project cost plan with cost control team;
• Provide support with resolution and repair when the issue is structural
• Understand the root cause of each issue, so the same issue can be avoided or improvement can be implemented in the next project

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Building/ Architecture / Facilities Management / Engineering related discipline
• Member of HKIA, HKIS and qualifications of Authorized Person 
• Minimum 8 years of managerial and facilities experience in project management 
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of buildings, planning and lands
• Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
