• Higher Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Min 5 years fit-out contractor experience.
• Conversant with Pre & Post Contract duties, subletting of domestic contracts.
• With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process.
• Conversant in fit-out pricing.
• Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
