Duties:

• Capable of handling tender process;
• Responsible for project coordination include design, construction, cost & quality control, documentation and sourcing of material;
• Coordination with subcontractors;
• Supervising site workers and controlling decoration and fitting-out works;

Requirements:

• At least 5 years solid experience gained from Main Contractors or Interior Design Company and 3 year in managerial;
• Self-motivated, integrity, reliable with problem solving skills;
• Good communication skills, well organized, tactful, self-initiative, integrity;
• Ability to work under pressure independently to handle multi-tasks and tight deadlines, could closely work with the team;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese are a preferable and Mandarin is a privilege
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
