• Higher Diploma / Certificate in underground works, earthworks, road drainage, and sewer discipline with 5-year experience;
• Responsible for full cycle of pre and post contract quantity surveying services including estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, and contractual issues of local project
• Capable of taking a QS assignment from conception through to completion with limited supervision
• Work collaboratively with other team members to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent and well organized
