Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure site safety, all site operation progress, material quality and delivery progress on site according to schedule, specification, quality and safety plan.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, method statements, risk assessment and progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors / workers on Alteration and Addition ("A&A") and rectification works.
• Coordinate and establish good working relationship with property management / company / owner / main contractors on site.
• Supervise the installation / rectification progress and quality.
• Monitor, report and keep full records on site activities, labour attendance, daily site reports and documents submission.
• Take measurement of glass sizes and metal work sizes, etc. for Procurement to place Purchase Order.
• Review past project drawings and ensure all maintenance or replacement work matching with the existing both in quality and appearance.
• Carry out site testing as required by customers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors / workers on installation / rectification record and submit the record to property management offices and / or report back to the Company office.
• Maintain and keep good record of the stock items on site.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure coordination of design, production, delivery and installation to achieve the schedule, quality and budget control.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Building Service or equivalent is preferable.
• Certificate holder of TCP (Technically Competent Person) T1 or Safety Supervisor is preferable.
• Minimum 2 years or above experience in building and construction field.
• Experience in façade curtain wall is an advantage.
• High ability to supervise and monitor site operations, material delivery, etc.
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge in Project is an advantage.
  
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
