We are a fast growing property developer in HK. Our current projects are located at Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong and Australia.To cope with our business development, we are looking for a highly calibrated candidate to join us to handle our projects in HK.

Assistant QS Manager / QS Manager (HK)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project budget, tendering, value engineering, contract administration, claim assessment and settlement of final account.
• Cost estimating for land acquisition.
• Management of external QS consultants.
• Develop company internal procedures.
• Budget monitoring, cashflow forecast and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with internal project team and consultancy firms.
• Handle all Quantity Surveying duties independently.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  
  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Member of HKIS/RICS in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 4 years’ post qualification experience.
• In-depth experience in handling building projects in Hong Kong.
• Working experience in developer and PRC projects will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Independent, mature, detail-minded and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua speaking will be an advantage.
