RABSI required for EDB project.  Agreement No. 9OC134 - Term Consultancy for Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Special Projects to Aided Schools and in Buildings, Lands and Other Properties for which the Education Bureau is Responsible in Region No. 3A & 3B.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
• 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations.
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• The RABSI will be deployed to client's office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of Building Services Inspector to supervise repair works in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR.

Remarks
