• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Member of HKIA, HKIDA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ post qualification experience, 3 years of which must be gained in managing architectural and / or interior design works of large-scale composite development projects with office, commercial and hotel in PRC
• Strong in design management and quality audit; able to handle and resolve design problems independently
• A problem-solver and self-motivated, well-versed with local architectural, interior design and construction processes in PRC
• Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Short station in PRC is required
